Under 14 Waterpolo 2025

1. Age Requirements

Your child must be under 14 years of age on the 1st of January 2025 to be eligible to play for the u14 age group in 2025. This means they must have been born in 2011 or later.

2. Games for 2025

U14 teams will take part in weekly games in both Term 3 and Term 4. Term 3 This year our teams will take part in the weekly Sunday Night League at Stanmore Bay over term 3 – this provides an opportunity to get our U14’s warmed up for the season with some regular game time in a friendly competition - games are played on Sunday evenings usually between 4pm and 8pm. Term 4 Teams will then compete in the U14 Auckland League in Term 4. This is a weekly competition organised by Auckland Water Polo and is the main league for our U14's. Games will likely be on the weekend at various times and across different pools in Auckland, draw yet to be confirmed.

3. U14 Nationals Tournament 2025

When: 10 December – 16 December

Where: Christchurch

Who: This is the national division two tournament for Under 14's, this is a great tournament and a really awesome experience for our U14 players and their families who choose to join us.

Accommodation: To be organised

Travel: To be organised.

Overall Cost: TBC

4. Training Times

In term 3, training will be once a week for 90 minutes on Sunday mornings at either the National Aquatic Centre (NAC) or AUT Millennium.
